The present mutually accepted terms and conditions below, hereinafter referred to as GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS ("TCGN"), available on the internet and registered with a notary public, are applicable in a supplementary and subsidiary manner to commercial proposals, square reservations ("bookings ”), bills of lading and all other transport documents issued by APX BRASIL or its AGENCIES.

When requesting the provision of any services to APX BRASIL or its AGENCIES, or receiving them, the MERCHANT declares and admits to be aware of all the general terms and conditions established herein and accepts them.

By accepting the clauses contained in the international bill of lading, the MERCHANT confirms that he is aware that APX BRASIL will act in the exclusive capacity of cargo agent, acting on behalf of the AGENCY CARRIERS, providing auxiliary services related to the transport. In this way, the MERCHANT will not promote any claims against APX BRASIL as an agent or agent, except for all its rights vis-à-vis the carrier issuing the bill.

All services provided by APX BRASIL are based on the FIATA Model Rules and on the Bill of Lading issued for each operation or business, always in compliance with the rules and regulations of governmental bodies and treaties, conventions, agreements and other international instruments ratified by Brazil.

These GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS have been prepared in accordance with the rules for water transport of cargo, air transport of goods, domestic laws, treaties, conventions, agreements and other international instruments ratified by Brazil.

APX BRASIL is a traditional and regular freight forwarder and acts in accordance with the rules of compliance, probity and good faith, focusing on transparency, compliance, sustainability and total security in its business.
